Garmin 010-01144-00 GPSMAP 741xs Radar Bundle w/ GPS Chartplotter Sounder, US Lakes & g2 Coastal Charts & GMR 18 HD Radome
Garmin 010-01144-00 Kit Includes:
- GPSMAP 741xs Chartplotter/Sounder
- Worldwide Basemap
- US Lakes
- US BlueChart g2 Coastal Charts
- GMR 18 HD Radome
The premier Garmin GPSMAP 741xs combination chartplotter/sounder has 60 percent more processing power than its previous generation for faster zooming and panning. Includes a 7″ WVGA touchscreen with pinch-to-zoom, HD-ID sonar and CHIRP capabilities. Built-in high-sensitivity 10Hz Garmin GPS/GLONASS receiver updates position and heading 10 times per second to display fluid vessel movement and dramatically improve your ability to mark and navigate to 5,000 waypoints. Sonar recording coordinates the timing of the sonar return with your boat’s position and creates a waypoint on the map. Also includes full wireless connectivity, media integration, autopilot compatibility, radar support, NMEA 2000 connectivity, and comes preloaded with both Garmin U.S. offshore and U.S. lakes cartography.
Bundle the GPSMAP 741xs with the GMR 18HD Radar with advanced echo pulse optimizing technology and bring higher definition and improved target separation to your digital radar picture. With 4 kW of power output and a beamwidth of 5°, this compact network compatible 18″ radome can scan up to 36 nm.
More Powerful Processor
The GPSMAP combo features 60 percent more processing power than its previous generation for faster zooming and panning.
See What’s Below With HD-ID Sonar
Exclusive Garmin HD-ID target tracking technology gives you better separation and definition of images for the clearest possible picture of what lies below. You see fish. You catch fish. Easy.
Spread-Spectrum CHIRP Sonar
When used with a compatible CHIRP transducer (sold separately), GPSMAP 741xs displays crystal-clear sonar images to help find the next hidden fishing spot, ship wreckage or diving location. With Garmin’s Spread-Spectrum technology, you can see target separation and resolution at extraordinary depths, and dial into specific frequencies to target certain species of sport fish. Bottom contours are more visible, and signal noise can be suppressed at greater depths to provide a more timely interpretation of what’s below for safer navigation and better fishing.
Capture Sonar Recording
Sonar recording coordinates the timing of the sonar return with your boat’s position and saves digital information on the map.
Three Mounting Options
You have your choice of 3 ways to mount this combo: Bail mount, flush mount and flat mount.
GMR 18 HD Radome
Sharpen your radar picture with high definition performance. The GMR 18 HD radar offers a whole new level of radar scanning capability.
Get Powerful Performance
The GMR 18 HD features high-powered Digital Signal Processing, providing sharper radar imagery and improved target separation.
This 18″, 4-kilowatt high definition radar has a 36 nm range, bringing radar images into even clearer focus. Combine that with the antennas 5.0° beamwidth, and you’re looking at the best weather penetration and target definition in its class.
To help you avoid traffic on the water, the GMR 18 HD provides MARPA target tracking when combined with a multi-function display and an optional heading sensor. MARPA tracking allows you to track the bearing, course, speed and predicted closest approach of up to 10 targets. In addition, like all Garmin radars, the GMR 18 HD has self-contained signal processing, which provides you with a more precise, easy to read signature.
Connect to the Garmin Marine Network
The GMR 18 HD transmits data over the Garmin Marine Network, a 100-megabit plug-and-play proprietary network that gives you the ability to expand your boats system as needed. Once connected to the network, you can use any network-compatible Garmin chartplotter as your radar screen. And as an aid to locational awareness, you can overlay the GMR 18 HD radar image on the chartplotter’s map page. You can also split the on-screen display so that you can view the map and the standard radar page simultaneously.
